Their professionalism was outstanding and they made a very difficult time completely stress free. 
The way they looked after Dad in the Chapel of Rest right through to the funeral.

We were so pleased with Jonathan Terry for our lovely mums funeral. A very professional service , but also, a very personal service from the kind and caring staff, particularly Debbie who was very supportive. The celebrant, Vicky, was amazing and very intuitive. The cars and staff in the day were very kind and the whole day went smoothly. Thank you so much

Having to arrange a funeral is one of the hardest things to do. I was shown great care and compassion by Jonathan and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble and no question went unanswered. Everyone that attended commented on a wonderful service.

Jonathan and his entire staff, especially Tracey, were outstanding throughout the whole process. I am based overseas and was organizing the funeral and they went over and above to accommodate my requests via phone and email, despite the time difference challenge. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, worked with each member of the family locally and did it all with kindness, grace and a level of patience I never knew existed. It is never a good reason to have to work with a funeral director, but this experience was first class from start to finish.  I highly recommend Jonathan and his team for any of your bereavement needs. They make one of the worst times in your life one of of them most comforting. I cannot thank them enough for treating our loved one, and us, so well.  Exceptional service with care and kindness - thank you.

Thank you to Jonathan and all your staff for the wonderful care and dignity you gave to my mum Florence Burke.  The service has been excellent and I can’t thank you all enough for making everything so easy for us ,from the crematorium to the chapel of rest and  taking care of mum who looked so lovely and serene in the beautiful white casket. The whole day turned into the most wonderful celebration of mums life and a very sad but at the same time joyous occasion which she would have absolutely  loved . It was a truly amazing send off  which she so richly deserved . Our heartfelt thanks from all the Simpkin family x

I purposely asked Jonathan Terry Funeral Director a to look after my dad as I knew they were the best. However, they far surpassed our expectations. They carried out our wishes down to the last detail. Ben, a member of staff couldn’t have been more attentive or supportive. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
