From our Sad beginning right to the end of my Husbands funeral ,the organising and care and compassion shown has been second to none. I have been so overwhelmed by each and every employee I have come into contact with. During our grief they took all the worries away of organising a funeral. I couldn’t thank such a specialist company any more. They are continually keeping in contact with me even after the funeral. I would like to thank them all for making my Husbands celebration of life that much easier to bare.

I have attended several funerals where Jonathan Terry Independent Funeral Directors have been the undertakers. Also had the unfortunate need to use them myself (twice). I can honestly say that without the support and help from every member of the team I would not have coped on these sad occasions. The guidance given, support and availability is 2nd to none. They are all amazing. Especially Matthew Haines. He is an absolute rock. Could not have managed this process without him to lean on.

Jonathan Terry conducted my fathers funeral with great dignity, empathy and professionalism. Ed, whom we met for the initial interview, straight away put us at our ease and made many recommendations to help us. There was also a nice touch with the pallbearers wearing the same colour tie as Dad. A special mention should also be made to the minister, Peter White, who was appointed by Jonathan Terry who performed his duties extremely well. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Jonathan Terry to anyone and would like to thank all the staff for making Dad’s funeral so special.
