We were very pleased with all the arrangements organised by Jonathan Terry.  They were very kind and sympathetic and professional throughout.  The cortège was beautifully done so that a sad situation was  carried out in a way that was all I hoped for, for my husbands last journey.   I would  recommend this independent funeral directors  as I can’t speak too highly of them.

The support we received was amazing, keeping gently in touch with us throughout the time leading up to my dad’s funeral, then delivered all my dad’s wishes perfectly on the day, even managing to find the steam train background noise. The order of service was beautifully printed, we were not expecting them to be so lovely with subtle connections again to steam trains. 
Thank you for making a very difficult day become a day we can remember with some sense of fondness.

In what must be the most hardest, toughest, saddest and worst time I've had in my life losing such a much loved partner, Dave, these very professional, caring and kind people made the whole stage a seamless and stress free experience. They helped me to bring my Dave home to be with me and our much loved dog. This meant so much. Such care and attention was given to Dave. So much love and individual attention given to make sure our wishes were fulfilled and we felt personally cared for. So thank you to all the fantastic team at Peartree Avenue Office. Thank you. The staff were very helpful and the order of service booklet was lovely plus the arrangement of photos for the committal. In my bereaved stress I didn't follow the Obitus details properly and sent out the wrong details which was a great pity . Can I suggest that in future you take please through the site log on are personal meet and then put your warning IN BOLD when you email the details...advising to cut and paste exactly the wording (sorry , I missed it ! )Also too about the just giving, I was not familiar so didn't take advantage of it ).

Planning a funeral is never easy but Jonathan Terry made it so easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble, always on hand to help & give advice. Ed was amazing, very friendly, professional & a credit to the team. All very polite & smart too & always at the end of the telephone if needed a chat. We couldn’t have wished for better service under the circumstances, no one rushed us, everything went smoothly so we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us get through this sad time & for looking after our dear mum.

Having never had to arrange a funeral before, I was rather anxious after my wife passed away, I shouldn’t have worried, Ed and his team were so understanding and professional, from the first meeting, everything was simply explained, no pushing you into things you didn’t need, just honest advice, a minister was recommended to me by Ed that suited my needs, and Matthew delivered a beautiful memorable service.

There are no words to say how amazing Jonathan Terry’s team are. They were always respectful, sincere, professional and obliging. From Tracey in the office to Bradley and David who came and collected Mum with such dignity and grace, nothing was too much trouble for us to visit Mum in the chapel, the driver on the day was very courteous making sure the funeral drive kept altogether and not forgetting Ed who guided us through the whole process and was with us on the day we said our final goodbyes. An outstanding service at the saddest time of our lives. The whole family would like to thank you all.
