Jonathan Terry and his staff has been a great source of comfort and support in a difficult time. Their attention to detail and sensitivity over how important saying goodbye to our dad was amazing. We went with them for my mum ten years ago and that bought us back this time too. I highly recommend their services. As the little details they paid attention to made it very special. Truly respectful and honourable treatment throughout the whole experience. Very grateful to them all

We approached Jonathan Terry and his staff regarding Paul's funeral arrangements, and from the very beginning, my son Dave and I, from our first meeting with Jonathan, felt that we were going to be guided and helped throughout the whole process, and indeed we were. Many thanks go to all the staff, who answered any questions we had and gave us guidance and information, including the day itself, where Paul was laid to rest. I honestly can not thank these guys enough for everything that they did to help make my mums send off the best it could be, they bend over backwards to make sure we sent our mum off the way we wanted to. An amazing team. The only funeral directors I would ever use polite friendly and professional at all times. Johnothan himself took all the arrangements for my mum and did everything we had asked of them. Its never easy to say goodbye to a loved one but it helps to have Johnothan Terry's in your corner. We were very much supported to create our own life celebration, rather than being pigeonholed into a standard "package". It's probably wrong to say we enjoyed it, but the experience made us feel we had given a great send off as we truly wanted. Most definitely would recommend and use again.

Tom was very kind, caring & professional. Nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail was perfect & he listened to us & did everything we asked for.
