Having used Jonathan Terry for my mums funeral 15 years ago and having an excellent experience, it seemed only right to use them again for my dads recent funeral . I have to say it was all very professional and caring from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone involved in Alex's funeral from the care and respect given to my son to the planning and actual funeral of Alex were fantastic. Communication was excellent every step of the way and the service was so very personal to him. I would recommend Jonathon Terry very highly.

Very professional service, my requirements were fully met.   My husband died suddenly abroad and the arranging of the repatriation had been quite traumatic but Jonathan made making the funeral arrangements straightforward. Sadly we have had to use Jonathan Terry’s excellent services twice this year & we can not thank them enough for their care & compassion under very difficult circumstances.  They took care of everything for us & we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Funerals are never easy, however this was my first experience of organising one and during lockdown period it was a daunting experience I dreaded. Margaret and everyone at Johnathan Terry were all so lovely! They were considerate to our feelings and helped so much from start to finish! My mum passed away in my home and from the initial call someone was there to gently take her away! The care of her and me and all our family was amazing! Thank you to everyone there for making it as easy as a funeral can be!

We can not thank Margaret and Sarah and Ed and the other gentlemen at the service for everything they have done for us. They have gone above and beyond especially with sorting out our flowers. The best thing was giving Dad his last ride On a Harley motorbike as a hurst was such a special touch. They have made us feel safe and looked after and guided through one of the hardest things we have had to do, Dad was only young and they made us feel so at ease and supported us through every stage. They took such great care of our Dad. A massive thank you to you all x

From my first phone call to Jonathan Terry funeral directors and still now the service we have received has been impeccable. The staff are very professional, patient, kind, considerate and dignified. Ed has been extremely supportive helping through all the emotion to ensure that our wishes were achieved. The funeral service was extremely well organised and again the support for the family was forefront. 
We would highly recommend them to everyone.
