I found the whole process very dignified and sincere. All the staff were very thoughtful, and nothing was too much trouble. I was allowed to take my time at the chapel of rest, nothing was hurried. When the funeral was over, again I was able take my time and go to the car, when I was ready. Again excellent

Jonathan Terry and all the staff were wonderful from start to finish in helping us plan Dad's funeral. They were efficient, respectful and always so kind and compassionate when dealing with us and in looking after our dear Dad. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them; they did everything we asked.
The Funeral day went exactly as planned: smooth, calm and very respectful. It was just as our Dad would have wanted.
We are all so grateful, especially to Jonathan. The whole team made such a difficult and emotional time as easy as it could have been.

Jonathan Terry is the most professional caring and understanding undertakers ,they did everything we asked, help us with direction planning it took all the stress from my family. personal caring touches from make my family a cup of tea , respectful for my brother ,when viewing before and after care is 100% . nothing is to much for them and the price is very very fair . most of all they preserve tradition.
my family has used Jonathan Terry for a long time and will continue to do so.

From start to finish, Jonathan and everyone working there was absolutely brilliant. The respect and dignity shown to our dear late dad was second to none, alongside the support and consideration we were shown as a grieving family.

Everything was taken care of with such attention to detail, communication was excellent, and they took a great deal of stress away from a very difficult time for our family. 

You always hope never to need the services of a funeral director, but should that happen i would not hesitate to contact Jonathan Terry in the future and wholeheartedly recommend anyone else to do so as well.
