Victoria was our contact throughout and was absolutely wonderful — so kind, empathetic and supportive, making a very difficult time that little bit easier.
Trisha was incredibly helpful with Glynis photo reflection, and Diane, the celebrant chosen for us, was lovely and made the service feel so personal and special.
Glynis was treated with such dignity and respect from the moment she was taken into their care through to her cremation. We are so grateful to the whole team for everything they did for Glynis and for us as a family.
