I am so grateful that a friend recommended Jonathan Terry to me. At such a sad and difficult time, it was so comforting to have been in such safe hands. From my initial appointment up until the day of my husbands funeral, they were absolutely incredible …. their guidance, understanding, kindness and professionalism really relieved a lot of my stress, as they were so helpful and attentive when ensuring every little detail for the day was taken care of.  Jonathan is such a lovely and genuinely empathetic man and Trish was truly wonderful too, as was the celebrant Matthew that they recommended. Thank you for making the day as special and bearable as it could have been given the circumstances.

Where do I start? Well, from the initial funeral plan arrangements months before my father's death to the input and details along with the unmeasurable help dealing with the extras on my dad's passing, I can't thank them enough. My father's funeral had to cater for just over 400 people. Jonathon Terry and his team carried it off without a hitch, amazing. The phone calls, messages and conversations I've had since the funeral have been full of praise for them and well justified too I'd say.
Jonathon Terry and his team there including Trish, Tracey and Marika made a very difficult and emotional time as easy for my family and I as they possibly could. I will always be grateful for that.

Johnathan Terry and all of his staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at ease when talking to Johnathan himself and other staff members. They allowed us to see Patrick whenever we wanted to right up until the day before his funeral. The staff were very efficient in everything that they did for us from the planning of the funeral picking the coffin to ordering an Irish flag which was a lovely finishing touch on the day of the funeral as Pat was born in Ireland. The family that came over from Ireland for the funeral and to see Pat before the service were also truly surprised at how they were welcomed at Johnathan terry to see their brother Pat and they liked what was prepared for the service and really appreciated the next day collection of Pats ashes to take back to Ireland to be buried with his parents. Thank you to all the staff who were able to help and guide us through this difficult journey.
