Every aspect of the care given to our family, following mum's passing, was excellent. Tom guided us through the early stages of planning the funeral, then the funeral day itself, with the utmost kindness, empathy and professionalism.
Trish in the office was kind and patient, particularly when we were finalising the order of service.
During the funeral day itself, there were comments on how good thd funeral directors were from friends and family.
So, overall, excellent! Thank you all very much.

This is our third funeral using the services of Jonathan Terry and we have found that the support , compassion and care was everything that we needed it to be. You could not find a better Funeral director than Jonathan Terry. From start of the process to funeral itself his dedicated and caring team helped us. From the lady at reception the lady in the office everyone was so caring towards our needs they go up and beyond just helping us through this very difficult time. On the day of funeral we were told each step what will be happening, the team was excellent. They even turned up with umbrellas as it was raining, the professionalism put us at ease
Margret who carried out the service provide that extra bit of support when talking about my Aunt Kath, and my dads sister Kath.
Once the funeral was over, Jonathan Terry involvement does not stop their, they host coffee morning for support they assist you in finding the right amount of help for the empty feeling now Aunt Kath has gone to her final resting place. At Christmas we have the church service and placing a star on the Christmas tree.

Thank you for supporting us through this very difficult time.

Jonathan and his staff were friendly and sympathetic. They helped us through a difficult time with care and listened to all that we needed and wanted. They also ,quietly and without fuss, helped us through the things we needed to do. We felt held and looked after. It was the send off for my husband that we would have hoped for.

The Welcome in the Office was very genuine and phone calls were sensitively handled. The arrangements with Church and Authorities was most efficient and the car travel on the day was of the same high standard. The Brochures for Matthew,s services pleased the family and friends. The recommended Florist was excellent.

Amazing service from start to finish. This was a complicated situation and there were a lot of delays in setting a date for Mum's funeral. Everyone I had contact with was so professional but showed great empathy. The day itself whilst very sad, could not have gone better due to the professionalism of Jonathan Terry and his staff.

At such a sad time for our family Jonathan Terry were respectful at all times, they answered any questions we had, on the day of the funeral everything was easy for us because of Tom and the other members of Jonathan Terry. Wasn’t impressed the flowers couldn’t travel with my mum making the carriage look bare. No warning before hand regarding this might as not brought flowers. Made mum look unloved and cared for. Having a hearse just for flowers defeats the reason for having flowers!!!
