Jonathan Terry have conducted a number of funerals for family and friends in recent years and I would not hesitate to recommend them. There was a bit of a hiccup with the most recent one, but this was acknowledged, apologised for and an appropriate adjustment was made in charges for their services.

Jonathan and his team were sensitive, kind and professional and very respectful of my deceased husband. From the time of our very first contact until the funeral, the family felt in very good hands. They listened, supported, helped and reassured in a wonderful way during this difficult time. They were always keen to respect our wishes but to make helpful suggestions. The funeral was made possible to endure because we had confidence in them. The staff in the London Road office were very helpful , kind and understanding. We felt very supported and comforted when we visited the chapel of rest. Jonathan is such a gentleman and gives a unique personal service. He felt like a friend when you need them most. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can not thank the team enough for the kindness and compassion they showed to me following the death of my Mum. From day one they were with myself and my Dad at the very step. Victoria was supportive and available to answer any questions that we may have had and her compassion and professionalism on the day of the funeral was just fantastic 
The ladies who work behind the scenes, Trish and Tracy were also kind and caring, in what must be one of the hardest jobs. Knowing that Mum was so looked after while in your care was a great comfort to us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to others in their time of need.
