They immediately put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble.

This helped make the whole process so much easier for the family to deal with. Thornalley funeral services provided an excellent service for our family from start to finish and beyond. Every member of staff we were involved with treated us with so much care and compassion. We were kept up to date with proceedings every step of the way from day 1. Once we provided our wishes for the service every thing was taken care of resulting in a perfectly planned and prepared service that our wonderful Mum would have been so proud of.
