Nicola and Peter at Thornalley Swaffham were absolutely superb - extremely helpful and able to offer great advice and guidance whilst being caring and considerate. They were organised with clear, communication throughout to keep us informed of what was required and was happening at all times which ensured that everything ran like clockwork on the day. Fantastic service which we were completely satisfied with and would thoroughly recommend them.

From first contacting TFS Dersingham, Sam and his team have provided an exceptional service. With compassion and care, the whole process was explained and administrative guidence given.
Sam listened to our thoughts, and with his wealth of experience delivered a celebration of our mums life far beyond expectation, and made a difficult time a little more bareable.

What you need from a funeral director is for them to deal with everything for you so as to take away any unnecessary additional stress. You want them to be proactive but also available when you need help & to respond to communication quickly. On the day, you want them to be quietly organised & take care of everything for you.
We cannot thank Thornalley's enough for how they went about these things following the passing of our dear mum & for their thoughtful attention & impeccable service.

At a stressful time it’s important to have people that know what they’re doing to guide you through the process for either burial or cremation.
