We have used Thornalleys over the years for family members and would not dream of using anyone else. The service and help we received from all members of staff was as always first class and my mothers funeral was conducted with care and attention. Our thanks to Andrew for the sympathetic way in which all the family were treated.

The biggest compliment I can give Andrew and all the staff at Thornalley’s is that they made sure they referred to my Mum in the present tense. It made us feel like she was still with us and meant such a lot at such a sad time. They were polite, respectful and organised at all times and we couldn’t have asked for more from our funeral directors.

I cannot give enough praise for the service we received from start to finish. From the respect show during collection of my dad all the way throughout the process of visiting him, organising the funeral and then on the day of the funeral its self. Thornalley are consistently gentle, compassionate and thoughtful. there are many small details that make the process so much easier to deal with, they truly think of everything and are ready to help at any time. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to Ray and all the team.

Andrew, Traci,Lorraine and the rest of the team were very helpful at a really difficult time, and supported me with a very complicated family dynamic in the midst of me grieving and trying to organise the celebration of life service for our Mum.

They conducted themselves with professionalism, compassion and clarity at all times, to help me to navigate my way through all of the arrangements on my own due to very limited input from immediate family members, to ensure our Mum had the send off she so very much deserved.

Our Mum was treated with dignity care and empathy whilst in the care of Thornalley at the chapel of rest.

Nicole the celebrant who conducted our Mum's service, ensured that she supported me to capture the essence of our Mum, by assisting me to devise a personable eulogy for her based off of the information I was able to recall from Mum's life in our initial meeting together, which I provided to her for this, even adding some last minute details from my older sister at very short notice!

Despite the family dynamic, Mum had an amazing send off, based off of her previously discussed expressed wishes.

We as a family could not have asked for more from Thornalley funeral services.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for the exemplary service our Mum received whilst in your care.

Thornalley Funeral Services acted as a comforting, guiding light through our time of grief. They showed deep empathy, care and thoughtfulness as they helped with the funerary process. In this difficult time, we were shown great respect and our Mum/Nan was treated with honour and dignity. Particularly with the help of Traci and Dean, we truly can not be more thankful.
