We were not at our best but with their experience and thoughtfulness we had the best send off for Dad we could hope for. Professional, efficient and sympathetic from that first phone call to the last step of collecting Dad's ashes.

Thornalley Funeral Services in Swaffham were outstanding in organising our dad's funeral. They are highly organised, understanding and compassionate and made the whole process painless. They organised absolutly everything keeping us updated and informed of progress on a regular basis and chasing information when needed. Andrew and Traci and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible for my family and I when we lost our loved one. They could not do enough for us and checked in on us regularly. Nothing was good much trouble. They are so kind and in your time of grief this goes a long way. We would not have had anyone else do the funeral due to the absolutely impeccable job that Thornalleys have done with previous funerals that we have had to arrange. They really are a cut above. Nicky and Sam have been so kind and professional. We were totally in the dark about the steps to take but their thorough and thoughtful guidance helping to plan the funeral, newspaper announcements, liaising with the church, florist, order of service, videographer, donations and keeping in constant touch have been invaluable.
