My mum passing felt my world had ended, but Thornalleys  were there for me and my family, they were so professional, respectful and caring, they helped me , guided me and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were amazing , lovely , caring and helpful , especially Traci and Dean . Everything we wanted for my late mum was conducted beautiful. Dean would telephone me , just to ask how I was , and to keep me up to date on everything. Thornalleys are brilliant and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for everything. Sharon Jay

The whole process from start to finish was done with such care and compassion from both Sam and Nicky. Mum was treated with the respect that she’s deserved and the kindness that was given to us was amazing. 
Such a difficult time when you lose someone, but the team made it so much easier with how they sorted everything for us. Would recommend to anyone
