The care and consideration shown to us has a family was out standing. 
I could ask any questions no matter how small it may have seemed.  They treated my dad with respect and dignity. The day of the funeral although so very sad was completed with so much dignity and again respect for my dad who would have thought that his send off was perfect.

Thornally's provided a truly excellent service, going above and beyond what we were expecting for my aunt's funeral. Having dealt with other funeral directors in the past, we can honestly say that Thornallys were by far the better company, in each and every aspect of their service, including all of their staff. After sadly losing my darling sister Julie, Thornalley were nothing but kind, compassionate, patient, and so professional.
They didn't just listen to me they heard me.
Me Julie looked so peaceful and they made her look lovely. It has been such a comfort knowing that we were all in good hands.
Thornalley kept me updated every step of the way. They took all the worry away when I had no clue as to what to do.

Thornalley  Dersingham took charge of my mums funeral with compassion from the time she passed and made all the arrangements so easy for me, I could not of wished for a more helpful and understanding service they gave.
The concern that was shown to myself was without a doubt impossible to beat.
