The customer care I received from Thornalley was outstanding. They could not have been any more reassuring, organised and efficient. I do not live in Norfolk and it was a bit daunting to organise a funeral from a distance but Ray, Andrew and the whole team were so supportive throughout the planning stages and on the day. The Day Went Very Well. Everything as planned and punctual. A couple of my Family members have mobility issues and took a long time to get into and out of vehicles at both the church and the graveside. Thornalley's Funeral Services allowed us to take our time, helped my family members out of the vehicle, helped with the loading and offloading of the wheelchair, and even moved our vehicles closer to the church entrance for ease. Very professional and supportive through the whole process.
