Every Funeral is personal, unique and special and every family wants to do their best to honour their loved one in the most befitting way.
From my initial contact with Nicky in the Dersingham office I felt very much listened to and supported.
Both her and Sam did everything they could, in the most helpful, caring and professional manner, to make my Mother’s funeral a loving and memorable occasion.

We were so impressed with the service provided by Thornalley Funeral Service we could definitely recommend them.   We were treated like a family friend and not a customer.  Nothing was too difficult for the team to arrange or sort out.  All options were discussed and nothing was forced upon you.  The journey from initially visiting Thornalley's to the funeral service was impeccable.  The whole team were friendly, courteous and sincere.  Their standards were meticulous and the attention to detail was faultless.  Thank you for the effort you all put in, and making the send of a majestic occasion.

The team at Thornalley Funeral Services have the experience, and take the time to get to know the families they are helping through a difficult time. The first time we entrusted them with arrangements for a family member, they were so understanding and efficient that we asked them to help us all set-up our funeral plans. Least week was my Mothers funeral, the service provided only reaffirmed our decision to put our trust in Ray, Andrew, their family and team.

The initial booking with Tracy was very informative and helpful and subsequent calls with Dean were also helpful. The actual funeral at the crematorium was as we had asked, short and to the point and again Dean excelled on the day. 
The whole business made things easier for us all.
