Sam at the Dersingham Thornalley's Funeral Services was kind, thoughtful and caring throughout. Gently leading us through the process and arrangements we needed to make after our Mum died. He kept us informed with the plans and progress and gentle reminders of things we had to organise in the lead up to the funeral.
Everything went really smoothly on the day, Sam, expertly guided us through, even my relatives and fellow mourners commented on how impressed they were by the funeral director! Thornalley's Funeral Service was recommended to us by a dear friend and we are very happy to recommend them to others.

As a funeral director myself at Thornalleys and having to organise Albert's funeral,and lead him to his last resting place. I can honestly say how lovely all my work family have been to me over the past few weeks, and supported me to make Albert's life a celebration. A big thank you to Andrew and Ray, Andy and Richard for what you did on that night, Traci for helping me to arrange, Dean for being just you and Nicole Turner for putting together a perfect service.

Nicola and Peter at Thornalley Swaffham were absolutely superb - extremely helpful and able to offer great advice and guidance whilst being caring and considerate. They were organised with clear, communication throughout to keep us informed of what was required and was happening at all times which ensured that everything ran like clockwork on the day. From first contacting TFS Dersingham, Sam and his team have provided an exceptional service. With compassion and care, the whole process was explained and administrative guidence given.

What you need from a funeral director is for them to deal with everything for you so as to take away any unnecessary additional stress. You want them to be proactive but also available when you need help & to respond to communication quickly. On the day, you want them to be quietly organised & take care of everything for you.
We cannot thank Thornalley's enough for how they went about these things following the passing of our dear mum & for their thoughtful attention & impeccable service.
