Myself and my two daughters Emma and Lisa have never known a company to be so caring.From the moment we notified them they have been first class service. The team at Dersingham were so kind totally respectfully with all our wishes nothing was too much trouble for them.They are a credit to the company to them it was more than a job we felt they were friends and new exactly what we wanted for my wife .Got bless them for the help and support they give my family at such a sad time

Andrew and his team provided an excellent service, I found it quite overwhelming to have so much to do and was supported throughout. I was also very impressed when visiting my partner with how he was presented, it was such a calm and peaceful process and I felt assured he was being treated with dignity and respect. We can not recommend  Ray and his team highly enough .. From the initial enquiry, through the meeting to discuss Funeral details  to the Service itself we were treated with utter kindness and compassion ..
No query or question was too much..

It has been a great comfort to all those who were close to Neil to have such care and consideration given to our needs and requests, some of which were not run of the mill. Neil planned his own service and it was so important to me as his mother that all of his wishes were carried out.

Thornalley have recently supported us to arrange the funeral of our mum. From our initial contact with them to the conclusion of their service they have been wonderful. They have contacted us regularly to update us with the progress of the arrangements and to check on our well-being following our loss.
They have been supremely professional, thorough and caring. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble and it made a difficult time for us as a family so much easier.
Thank you all for your kindness and compassion in making sure our mum was treated with the dignity and care she deserved.

My mother had a funeral plan with Thornalleys and as soon as she passed away they carried out all the arrangements while at the same time keeping me fully involved with the plans.
