Thornalley Funeral Directors have organised my Father's funeral for me.
I cannot thank them enough for the compassion and respect they showed me in that most difficult time.
Ray and Traci phoned me to make me aware of what was happening at every stage .
Ray even called on the day to ask if we would like Dad to have a last drive along Hunstanton seafront on the way to Crematorium .
I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely first class customer service and organisation from start to finish. It was our first time at arranging a funeral and they took us through the process one step at a time. Everything was dealt with very sensitively and they took the time to phone even in the evening just to see how we were doing. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. It’s very rare. I really think Thornally are a gem.  words can’t express how grateful we are to them.

Straight forward and gentle, filled with kindness. 
Kept in touch but only when needed, respectful and not intrusive. 
We felt supported and knew we could ask anything if ever we needed to.
They made one of the worst things simple and stress free. We had every faith that all would go smoothly and it did.

I have asked Thornalley Funeral services to arrange two funerals for members of my family in the space of about 18 months. I found them very approachable, engaging and considerate. Arrangements on the day were first rate. In the preparatory phase I was treated with the greatest consideration, and this included the various requests by me and other relatives and friends to visit and view the deceased over the several days preceding the funeral.

All aspects of the service were handled with kindness and dignity.

Sam at the Dersingham office was amazing - helpful and supportive all the way through the process of organising the funeral to carrying it out. He explained the various options of service available, answered fully all questions that we had, and let us take time to make decisions. His main interest was ensuring that we chose what felt right for 'us' at ever step. We can't thank Sam and Thornalleys enough for their caring professional at such an emotional time.

Dear Sam & Nicky and all the team at TFS,

It was such a shock when my Dad passed away, he was miles away in Wiltshire and I was in shock. From collecting my Dad and bringing him home to all of the support, both emotionally and organising everything, you have been amazing.
You were so patient, kind.caring and so so supportive, I wouldnt have coped without you all.
My Dads funeral, was the best we could have hoped for, professional, caring, compassionate, and the celebration of him that we wanted.
I cannot put into words how gratefull we all are and would reccomend your amazing services to everyone.
