TFS were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and we were guided all the way through with dignity and respect. All the team at Thornalley Kings Lynn were helpful, approachable, kind and considerate. We can’t name one person alone as they were all great. Thank you TFS for a fantastic service, you were recommended to us and you definitely did not disappoint.

This was the first time I had needed to organise a funeral. I met with Sam at Thornalleys Dersingham office. He explained everything carefully and took a lot of pressure off my family at this difficult time.
When the day came, everything went smoothly, with care and compassion shown throughtout, carrying out our requests exactly.
