The whole team were absolutely superb from start to finish so helpful in every way possible they made what could have been a very difficult and stressful time so much easier for me and my sister in organising my mums funeral. Even with a possibly difficult family member to deal with they reassured us and made us feel at ease. The service was absolutely perfect presented by celebrant Janet and the whole process ran smoothly. Would absolutely recommend them, many thanks especially to Tracey, Ray and Janet whom we had most contact with but all the other staff were equally good, thanks again for a 10/10 service.

Everybody I dealt with at Thornalley has been amazing. Very kind and approachable and extremely helpful . They were always at the end of the phone for any help or advice I needed .
The funeral service went really well and Ray read out my words in a perfect delivery.

From de 1st contact up to the last moments of our good bye to my lovely wife Carol, they were supportive and respectful with me in all moments.

Everyone we dealt with was amazing, Helen walked me through the process from start to finish. The men wore blue ties for my grandmother to tie in with her favorite color and the color we asked the mourners to wear. Nothing was too much trouble, we have a complex family situation and that was taken into account every step of the way. I felt like I was kept informed of everything and it all ran very smoothly.

Andrew and his team at King’s Lynn could not have been more professional and compassionate, keeping us updated at all times.  On the day of the funeral they ensured that the last goodbye was so special for our loved one.
