Thank you for taking such care in arranging Mum’s funeral.
From the first phone call, your staff where professional but so kind and compassionate, which can be a difficult balance to find.
We felt that we were in very capable hands, nothing was to much trouble.
On the day of Mum’s funeral, Andrew was such a reassuring presence, making a very difficult time just a little bit easier. We can’t thank them enough.

Thornalley Traci and Andrew were very caring and anything we asked for was no trouble.
We were kept informed all the way through the process and on the day all went very smooth and to time.
The service from start to finish was exceptional and even now afterwards they are there to help.

Very caring and attentive to detail.
Always at the end of the phone for any question however small.
Andrew kept in touch to make sure all was OK and to see how the family was coping. Very comforting touch when you are grieving.

Everything went according to plan, with no problems whatsoever. What you proposed happened with no snags. I cannot thank you enough for the way you and your lovely staff helped us through this sad time. It was without doubt a trying time for myself and family but you and your staff made it a memorable event, that took away from us the worry of the occasion. I had many remarks made to me by those attending saying that it was beautiful send off and this was down to you and your staff. Thank you very much for your kindness and expertise it was a very nice service.

Sam and team in Dersingham were excellent from the beginning to the end, I can’t praise them enough. Nothing was to much trouble, very caring , reassuring and compassionate, absolutely brilliant service from them all.

From the moment we had to contact Thornalley, we were treated with care and compassion. Every single person we dealt with was friendly and efficient, everyone is impeccably dressed and they guide you through the whole process. Helen organised the whole service perfectly and Ray phoned several times to check in with me which I thought was a lovely personal touch. On the day of the funeral, the men were very respectful and so kind and every single person is a credit to that profession.
