The whole team has been so accommodating and nothing was ever a problem. Thornalley has helped enormously, from what has been one of the most hardest times to making everything go smoothly. All of the staff at TFS were very helpful, kind and considerate and went that extra mile in making everything as easy as possible. This was very important as I was having to make many of the arrangements from almost 200 miles away. TFS regularly contacted me which provided the reassurance that everything would go according to plan on the day which it did. My brother's funeral was conducted in a very professional but personal way which was appreciated by all the family.
