Excellent service.
Kind, caring , and understanding.
Mum had already bought a Pre-Paid Funeral Plan, but it was still a traumatic time.
Nichola and Peter guided me through every step, with compassion, patience, and understanding.

At all stages we were kept informed and also never forgot what a difficult time it can be for the family. If there was any questions they were always happy to assist you to ensure things ran smoothly.
On the day of the service the priority was the smooth running of the service and ensuring the stress of family was kept to a minimum. This included ensuring the family were looked after following the service up to until we left.
