Following the recent death of my mother a family member suggested that I visit Thorn Alley. I know that people will say that they were 'Just doing their job' but, from the care and compassion shown during the service to the help and support throughout a very traumatic experience, these people went way above 'Just doing their job'. As such, I cannot recommend Thorn Alley highly enough.

As a grieving family, who had lost a loving wife ( of 64 years), and mum, we were
impressed with the care and attention that we received, from the moment we had arranged the funeral , right to the end of the sad but necessary experience.

All the various staff members that we contacted throughout the procedure were
polite and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Thornalley

The service we received  from Thornalley has been exceptional . The care and compassion they have shown to both Vicki and ourselves has been truly outstanding. They have supported us through every step with patience and understanding making one of the worst events of our lives more bearable.

As a relative some 190 miles away, I was so happy with the funeral organised by Sam and his team. Being so far away, a lot had to be organised on trust and the service was commented on by relatives and friends as to how wonderful it was.

Throughout what is a really difficult time, Thonrnalleys (in particular Sam & Nicky) have offered a fantastic, empathetic and comforting service. Sam has made personally sure that our requests are seen to and has accommodated every minor detail we've suggested from our first meeting to post-service. Nicky has answered countless questions and emails I've put her way. I cannot thank them enough. I hope to not have to use them any time soon!!.. but when needs must, I will use no other Directors.
