I cannot praise Thornalley enough, wonderful people who really care and guided me every step of the way with great humility and attention in a difficult time with the passing of my mother. I received phone calls at various points asking if I was ok and if there was more they could do to help, wonderful.
They took all the work out of this tough situation so I could reflect and celebrate my mother's life without stress. The service was immaculate and caring.

The care, consideration and professionalism showed to both my grandparents and now both my parents has ensured that we wouldn't want to deal with anyone else.
