Peter and Nichola were fantastic. They supported us through the whole process and kept us informed of progress. Everything was smoothly run. Peter was very stately walking in front of the hearse and had great presence. Nichola responded promptly and caringly to every request we had including ordering the memorial jewellery items. We cannot say how pleased we were with them both.

I cannot praise them enough, in particular Sam, his professional yet compassionate conduct is above and beyond . I couldn't have asked for a more perfect service from them. My family & I were treated with sympathy & respect as was my late husband Tony. They treated Tony as if he was still alive which I found so touching. Nothing was too much trouble for them, with Sam, the funeral director even telephoning me on occasions to check that I was ok. Right from our first meeting with Lynne, through to the funeral service and subsequent follow up telephone calls, the service provided was exemplary with polite, helpful staff, everything being done that had been agreed, and a genuine feeling of care for the family of the deceased. The limo driver was relaxed, friendly and attentive, and Andrew managed the proceedings with the appropriate level of formality and concern, as well as having kept in phone contact previously to check that everything was as it should be.
