Mark and his team were wonderful and made what could have been a harrowing ordeal much easier. A welcoming and calm atmosphere helped as we discussed arrangements. Mark was kind and considerate and listened to what we wanted and offered a few suggestions which made for a very smooth and rather lovely service hosted by the Celebrant he suggested "Rosie Gedling" who was just perfect and felt like she was part of the family. The communication throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish all the staff especially Angela were fantastic, they treat us with rhe upmost respect and nothing was too much for them regarding Dorothy Duroe when she was in their care...would highly recommend
