Really calm and helpful, made it feel very individualised and allowed space to ask questions and chat. All the physical products were lovely and everything on the day couldn’t have gone better. Made what is a really difficult time feel manageable and safe. The care of both the deceased and family was second to none.

The Co-op funeral care services were very supportive and nothing was too much trouble for them to help me with . From beginning to end , I received an excellent level of care and empathy from all the staff especially Nathan , Yvette and Graham who was the funeral director on the day as Nathan was on leave on the funeral day. Everything was about caring for my needs and for the family. They made Duncan look lovely and smart as he would have wished to be. Totally happy with the service and the celebrant Christopher M Clay who did a wonderful job of Duncan's eulogy and service. Thank you all so much. Mrs Elaine Holmes (Duncan's wife) .
