Les at the Gillingham office was very helpful and compassionate when arranging my brother-in-laws funeral. He kept in contact before the funeral checking that everything was as the family wanted it, and then checked in afterwards to make sure everything had gone as we had planned. Anna took care of us when we was planning our baby girls funeral.  
She was really lovely , caring & professional.
It was all really personal & any wishes I wanted were met. 
I had great communication all the way through. 
I completely trusted Anna to take care of our darling Sophie.
Planning a funeral is something none us want to be doing but John weirs really made my last journey I had with Sophie as special as it could have been. Thank you.

John Weir have been absolutely amazing during this very difficult time for my family and I, so professional, helpful and compassionate. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have guided us all the way from my very first phone call making it a lot easier, we had a beautiful service, and even afterwards to make sure everything went ok. I cannot thank them enough and would like to make a special mention to Les at the Watling Street branch who we dealt with, so helpful and reassuring, you are a star!
