I couldn't have asked for any more from the staff at John Weir. The support and advice offered were excellent and on the day of the funeral everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. A very high standard of service.

From our first meeting with Les,at the Gillingham branch,until the actual funeral, everything was absolutely perfect. Shane,who conducted the funeral, was attentive without intruding. We have used John Weir twice now and both experiences have been excellent. At such a sad time we felt a sense of calm when spending time with Sharon at the Rainham funeral directors. Compassion, guidance and thoughtfulness shown at all times. I could not praise the team enough on the actual day of the funeral who made my dad’s service perfect. The choice of celebrant who took the service being Nadine Coulson was again perfect, she was warm, gentle and uplifting in the way she conducted the service.

We thank you for helping us throughout our journey, your kindness and compassion has been excellent.
I would suggest however, that the donation process be made easier for mourners to access- very few understood that they actually could send donations to charities via/through your services; others commented that they couldn’t actually follow the process.

This is the second time we have used John Weirs for family funerals, and both times they have dealt with us sensitively, and professionally.  This occasion was a particularly difficult one, and they offered so much advice and support - Deanna has been so supportive and she deserves a special mention.

This is the second time we have used John Weir in three months. They are exceptional and create the service that is right for you and your family. They focus on you - and not adding on unwanted extras. 

We wanted a slightly unconventional and less formal send off for Mum, and Les made sure every aspect was right for us and supported us every step of the way.

Julia went over and above, at a time when our family is heart broken, Julia took all the stress out of the funeral details she was there to guide us through with so much kindness and compassion. A great professional service from the initial contact, very helpful and  thorough with all details and answering all questions.
Ben was a credit to your company and was very professional while being sensitive to our situation.
