Perfect from beginning to end. From the initial contact to collect mum from the care home, through to the funeral arrangements, Sharon was a star. The communication was excellent, and alleviated us of all worries on what was a difficult time for us all.

To Julia who was so friendly and explained the whole process and kept in touch as we went along . She also found our celebrant Gemma who was wonderful and matched so well to my mums love of music. Thank you to the drivers on the day and especially the conductor - I think Kevin but am not sure.  He was very courteous  and warm and treated us all so respectively.
All in all at a difficult time - John Weir provided a very professional but also personal service. Thank you .

From the very first phone call to John Weir Funeral Directors, I was treated with respect and compassion.
Julia listened to everything I requested and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. This brought to fruition exactly what I wanted for my mother. She left nothing to chance or misinterpretation and went over everything each step of the way to ensure the service provided met all my expectations.
In death, my Mum was treated with dignity and respect and I am so grateful to Julia for making Mum look so peaceful and serene.
The celebrant that Julia selected was so personable and absolutely perfect for Mum’s service, talking about her as though she knew her.
The drivers/pall-bearers were so kind and made everyone feel comfortable and unrushed.
The music, photographs and video were perfectly timed and everything ran like a production on the day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending John Weir Funeral Directors.
All the staff were fantastic and a very special thank you to Julia.

Ben did a fantastic job in organising my brother's funeral. We have had to deal with a number of bereavements lately and each time I have chosen Ben at John Weir to assist in organising and each time he does a wonderful job, taking all the stress away from me and my family. The service I received was amazing any problem or request I had were dealt with by Julia and the team with care and attention.
Even to the point of wearing blue ties as I had requested people wore blue for dad.
