Friendly and professional service.

Julia helped us brilliantly by completing the majority of work to be done when organising my Dad's Cremation service, in a kind and caring manner. To have someone take control of the situation is a blessed relief, and Julia did all that. 

Julia was really quick to answer my emails and I admired her honesty and openness when asking sensitive questions about my Dad.

Julia has great nails!!!

One other thing I would like to mention was on the day of the Cremation, I had asked to be a Paulbearer. I felt the training on what to do was a little bit rushed. So much so, I felt at one point the weight on my shoulder suddenly increasing to a point where I thought the coffin was going to fall. I was subsequently told to set away from the coffin. It might be you allow a little longer on teaching voluntary Paulbearer's how to correctly carry and unload the coffin in a clearer manner. It was a bit disturbing for me and is something I think back to.

Deanna and team at John Weir, Gillingham have been incredible whilst organising and leading my Dad's funeral.

They have been compassionate, kind, caring and have really listened to us throughout. We're a blended family and the team have ensured everyone has been heard and able to contribute towards our Dad's passing.

Offices are in much needed of refurbishment and so only 4 stars. The funeral went very well and all other services / level of dignity handled very well. Deana is a diamond and is devoted to her work! She deserves a nicer place to work and some investment in the front of house offer, including lighting, quality of finishes / furniture is long overdue...this would serve the Weir brand well for staff and customers alike!

The service that we received from start to finish was more than 5star. The lady Anna that organised the funeral was impeccable with our situation and we could not fault her. The eulogy  provided by Dan McDonald was also so outstanding with great knowledge and kindness and he went over and above to provide the in-depth service. 
Highly recommended to anyone who has lost a loved one tin making sure that the day goes smoothly.

Unfortunately our family have had a lot of dealings with John Weir over the past 3 years, but i can only thank the team at John Weir for their kindness and sensitivity in handling the loss of our loved ones. Les has been so professional, kind, supportive and helpful throughout, nothing has been too much trouble, and he has been in constant communication with me at every stage. I would also like to thank Shane for being there this time and conducting the procession and limousines, I understand that he made sure he would be there for us as he had previously.

The team at John Weir did an excellent job of managing the funeral arrangements for my brother in law recently. Les and the team dealt with us very helpfully and sympathetically - they are both extremely efficient and polite. I would also say that their service is good value, for all the things that they do.
