From start to finish we were looked after like family by Mickey at the Sidcup branch.
Nothing was too much trouble, he knew exactly how to handle us following such a sudden & unexpected death of our wife and mother. 
Mickey has become our friend, he took great care of Mum and helped us to give her a fantastic send off.

All the staff at Albins acted in a very professional manner and treated dad and the family with nothing but respect. They made dad look so well and young in the coffin it made us feel at ease. So pleased that we used them again as they did the same with mum almost 7 years ago. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

My family would like to thank MIcheal at ALbins Sidcup branch for the funeral service for my mother who sadly passed away on the 2nb February this year.

The whole service was as usual,carried out with dignity and professionalism.

One little comment- there was a bit of a delay to get to the grave site(not your fault - the cemetery was the cause for that).

We sadly lost my uncle early this year. At a very challenging time we were lucky that we were advised to use Albin & Sons as our funeral directors.
Honestly couldn't of asked for a better service they support our family the whole way through to the highest possible standards.
I personally and my family members said the same if or when we have another funeral we will always return to Albino & Sons as we believe they are the best around and truly great people.

A fantastic service from a company second to none. They over came the blowey conditions to ensure the day ran smoothly. The fine points of leaving a single rose at the home and a stop at mums day centre just enforced the thoughtful service. The staff and cars were immaculate, even down to tissues and water not forgetting the most important thing sweets for the drive to the crematorium. 
Once again thank you for superb service insuring a remarkable and unforgettable day of a wonderful send off of our mother.

What a wonderful firm of funeral directors. Everyone showed us so much empathy and assistance through this difficult time. Joanna - you were amazing showing us so much love and nothing was too much - we could call you at any time and it made such a difference. The lads on the day were just how you said they would be - wonderful. Steve guided us and helped us through everything and George drove us keeping our spirits up until we reached the crematorium. Of course, we couldn't forget the wonderful Fr Michael - he was absolutely wonderful and everyone enjoyed his service thoroughly. Last but not least, Fr Michael's sister Jo - thank you.

Having thankfully never needing to organise a funeral before my sister and I had no idea of how, what, when, where and why? With Albins we were directed with respect and curtesy by every member of staff with special mentions to Joanna for all the preparations and John on the day itself. Attendees commented to our family how well the funeral was conducted especially when compared to other funerals they had recently attended that were not serviced by Albins. My sister and I cannot recommend Albins highly enough for their commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Excellent service provided by Neil at Mottingham FA Albins for our mums funeral service. Very professional, compassionate and caring, listened to all details provided by the family. 

Would recommend them to family and friends, this is the second time they have provided a funeral service for our Family to a very high standard.

I cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment we contacted them to the day of my mums funeral the service we received was excellent. Elaine is very caring and at a very difficult time she arranged everything from the minister down to the flowers. On the day Jon was fantastic and took the time to come in and meet the family and spoke to us about everything that would happen. A single rose was even placed on the wall as we left the house. All the boys were absolutely fabulous. They made a very difficult day just that little bit easier. Thank you all so very much .
