An extremely professional service all the way.
At the initial enquiry we started to feel that the team knew exactly what they were doing. On the day of the funeral from the pick up in the morning , to the smartly dressed chauffeurs the caring attitude of the whole team and genuine regard for our family shone through.
Danny and his team were outstanding nothing was too much trouble they took the time to explain every detail as many times as needed.
The respect and the care demonstrated was second to none and very much appreciated. There were unexpected touches that meant so much to all of us.
Shirley at the Walworth branch ....what an absolute diamond she is.
We can't thank her enough for taking so many of our worries away at a really difficult time.
She walked us through every step and the attention to detail was exceptional.
We cannot as a family recommend this family firm enough.

A really outstandingly classy operation.

Dawn and Christine, at Albins Welling, are wonderful! They guided us through the funeral process and helped us understand what to expect. Everything was so straight forward and they made it so it was completely stress-free.The way they treated our loved one was as if was their family too. We couldn't have asked for a better send off for our favourite man, and that is all thanks to Dawn! The Albins boys who drove the funeral cars and led the horse and carriage were so supportive and accommodating, overall a wonderful team! Thank you for making this difficult time, that little bit easier.

The personal care and attention to detail shown by the staff was impressive The firm was pleasant and easy to deal with and everything was done with great respect and dignity, with sensitivity to the situation of the deceased, an elderly religious sister, and us as members of her Religious Community.
