Our Father passed away over six years ago, and Albins looked after him and the family, with respect, therefore when our Mother passed in January, we went back to Albins again a professional friendly team from the beginning to the end.

From the moment we walked into the office we felt cared for. Christine and Dawn were amazing. They thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date with arrangements as we went along. 
On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were excellent. They were respectful and professional throughout. The little touch of leaving a red rose on the door as the cortège left the house was so thoughtful. 
The celebrant who was arranged by Dawn was so kind and caring. The service was beautiful and a very fitting tribute to our Mum. 
All the staff at Albins made a difficult day so much easier to bear for us all. Thank you so much.

FA Albins are simply the best Funeral directors. Our family has used them for generations and we would not go anywhere else. They are professional in everything they do from assisting and guiding with the funeral arrangements to the conducting the final journey of our loved ones. Albins were recommended by a friend , it was my first time planning a funeral. My wife died in december 2023 and i was clueless to how to get it done . Then i met Elaine , she made me and my kids feel at ease and she took such good care and gave great advice regarding my wifes funeral arrangement from the start to the finish. She needs to be rewarded for her outstanding service . Then on the funeral day she sent Alfie , i would say not one of the best , but the BEST funeral coordinator , i would recommend them to do EVERY funeral arrangement in the UK . So both magic names dont ever forget them Elaine in the deptford branch and Alfie . From the bottom of my heart from me and my kids , we want to Thank you . And yes will be using them again and again .
