They are professional in everything they do from assisting and guiding with the funeral arrangements to the conducting the final journey of our loved ones. Albins were recommended by a friend , it was my first time planning a funeral. My wife died in december 2023 and i was clueless to how to get it done . Then i met Elaine , she made me and my kids feel at ease and she took such good care and gave great advice regarding my wifes funeral arrangement from the start to the finish. She needs to be rewarded for her outstanding service . Then on the funeral day she sent Alfie , i would say not one of the best , but the BEST funeral coordinator , i would recommend them to do EVERY funeral arrangement in the UK . So both magic names dont ever forget them Elaine in the deptford branch and Alfie . From the bottom of my heart from me and my kids , we want to Thank you . And yes will be using them again and again .

Everything about your company’s service today was exceptional. From Alfie’s arrival at the front door to the moment he dropped us home and brought in the flowers for us, he and the other gentlemen were outstanding, polite, friendly, unassuming, supportive and professional to the highest standard. They looked immaculate and all of this contributed towards the perfect day for Peter, and for us. I cannot commend them more highly.
