The professionalism of the entire team from the sympathetic guys that collected mum in the early hours of the morning, to Joanne at Crayford who was so approachable and understanding in formulating the detail for mum’s funeral, to the team that prepared mum back in Bermondsey to Steve and his team, (limousine driver Paul and the younger guys associated with the Hearse) were professional beyond words. In our opinion F A Albins are the Rolls Royce of funeral directors, best in class.

From the moment we walked into the office we felt cared for. Christine and Dawn were amazing. They thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date with arrangements as we went along. 
On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were excellent. They were respectful and professional throughout. The little touch of leaving a red rose on the door as the cortège left the house was so thoughtful. 
The celebrant who was arranged by Dawn was so kind and caring. The service was beautiful and a very fitting tribute to our Mum.
