We can't thank Simon and his team enough for the exemplary service they continue to provide when we've needed them, the respect and dignity with which they have shown  our beloved departed is beyond our expectations, and the kindness they have shown us at this difficult and emotional time, we as a family are grateful to Albins for making the funeral arrangements far easier and less stressful than it could have been.

I cannot express enough our gratitude to Albins for how they looked after Dad and the family for Dad's funeral. We knew we were on good hands because they managed mum's funeral back in 2017. They did an amazing job for Mum and we were not disappointed when saying goodbye to Dad.

A particular mention for Jo Branch in Crayford - her compassion, care, warmth and professionalism are second to none. We knew Dad would be well cared for in the days before the funeral and Jo made sure everything ran smoothly.

A second mention goes to Alfie and his team on the day of the funeral. They showed my Dad nothing but respect and care. And the laying of a rose in front of the family home was unexpected and incredibly moving. Alfie made sure throughout to look after us and manage everything.

We didn't have to worry about a thing. Leaving us to grieve and celebrate Dad's 94 years.

A funeral is the last opportunity to say your goodbye to your loved one, therefore it has to be memorable and special. F.A.Albins did exactly that, the care, support and attention to detail from taking dad into their care until his service on the day was second to none.

Christine and Dawn in the office were caring, friendly and welcoming. They were supportive and had the answers to every question I had, and helped me to make the right decisions.

George and his team on the day of the funeral made sure that everything was on time and perfect. George also ensured that some extra requests I made were followed by the rest of the congregation.

F.A. Albins tended to my mother's funeral in 2020, so I knew my dad would be in good hands and I wasn't dissappointed.

I am very grateful to all the team.

All the staff were very respectful professional & kind.
Jo in the office was lovely & so caring too. No question was any trouble. 
Dad was able to sit with Mum the day before & Jo made him feel comfortable & relaxed. 
Steve led Mums funeral & made us all feel at ease.
There was so many little touches, too many to mention, including leaving a red rose on the front door & when we stopped by the golf club too. When we drove past the office the staff there came out & bowed their heads as we drove past.
There was water & tissues for us to help ourselves to in the cars.
Thank you Albins for making a difficult time easier. We as a family would 100% recommend

The service we received from Shirley and the team at Albins has been extremely professional, caring, and compassionate, from the first moment of contact to completion of their services, it has been impeccable.

The hearse and limousines were spotless, we found Danny and his team smart, exceptionally professional, and kind.

At such a devastating time, losing a beloved mother, the whole experience was made more bearable, knowing that our mother was treated with such dignity and care by a professional organisation.

I am very happy I chose Albin & Sons to arrange our beloved father’s funeral service. Simon & Peter provided assistance at every step of the process and impressed me with their professionalism and dedication. They took some of the stress away in what has been a difficult time for us. James was also excellent on the day of the service at the Chapel. 
I can’t praise the team of Albin & Sons enough for their excellent service and attention to detail and would happily recommend them.

We dealt with the branch at Welling, Chrissy and Dawn where so kind and fantastic at their jobs. The service they provided was second to none. They helped us make my mums last journey, a journey to remember. So a big thank you to the staff at Welling and Bermondsey. Jamie, who lead the service was very professional, caring and so was the rest of the team on the day. Can’t say thank you enough.

FA Albin & Sons provided a great service and help in the organisation of the funeral of my late wife. Simon and all staff, especially Joanna, Christine and Danny, were always there to answer questions, propose considerations, and guide reassuringly through all stages of saying farewell; from the repose in the private chapel, the placing of the coffin in church, through to the funeral mass and cremation. Through their calm, dignifying and professional manner they gave us the time and space to say goodbye, as well as to reflect in this sad moment without having to worry about arrangement technicalities. Thank you sincerely again.

Albins are definitely a comfort. I’ve never lost anyone in my life at 42 and they made this a very easy and comforting transition and process.
