F A Albins were absolutely wonderful! From the first moment we met Mickey we felt very comforted and dealing with a very professional company, whose aim was to respect the deceased, the family and ensure the funeral goes well. With his help and guidance the funeral was arranged with ease and the day was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were so respectful, helpful and genuinely lovely . They made a day that was so painful and sad, very memorable and one we know my husband would have been proud of. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Jo and her Team were wonderful from start to finish in the planning and preparations for Mum's funeral. Kind, compassionate and with a meticulous eye for detail, Jo made the most impossible of jobs - as easy as it could have been and for that, we will be forever grateful.

Jo listened to our preferences and matched us with a wonderful celebrant who made sure that our Mum was given the most wonderful of send-offs

On the day, Simon's stewardship along with this colleagues made it a beautiful and fitting celebration of our Mum's life. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo, Simon and the whole team at F.A Albin's in Crayford for their attention to detail, care for our family and for facilitating the most perfect of days for us. Fantastic service, very respectful from start to finish. 
Caroline was brilliant, always explained every detail of what was going to happen on the day, made a very heartbreaking time bearable, she was very caring and always on the end of the phone if needed. 

The boys from Albins were great, always there making sure we were ok on the day. 

Excellent service, would definitely recommend Albins to take care of u and your loved one.

From the first Moment I met Neil Gamble, the funeral arranger at Mottingham, it was as though a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. He was so kind and understanding yet utterly professional, he just took care of "everything".

It is the attention to detail and swift adaptation to any changes our family requested that makes Albins so excellent. From office staff to the team at the funeral nothing is too much trouble. Everything done with dignity and grace. We strongly recommend them.

FA Albins are without doubt the best funeral directors by far in 1975 my father was looked after then in 2003 my mother in May this year my brother George died. The care attention to detail kindness compassion and respect shown is incredible

The funeral arrangers Denise and Neil are so magnificent and a credit to FA Albins and their profession George the director who led the service and his team were superb and so caring

I can't emphasise enough how cared for my brother was by FA Albins

Everything went beautifully and so so many of the congregation said how smart dignified and professional FA Albins are and were on the day

If I could give more stars I would.  I honestly could not of wished for any better. The care and respect they gave my late husband even down to the small touches they done on the day was brilliant. Under the circumstances their compassion, care, respect and understanding they gave me and family was second to none. I wanted to do my husband proud and lay him to rest the best possible way I could and I can not thank all the staff at F.A Albin enough for helping me achieve that

Absolutely professionalism throughout the whole sad event.
Extremely helpful, respectful and very gracious.
Their kindness and understanding helped me and my whole family through this difficult time. The protocols and disciplines the team have in place during these sad and solemn ordeals are autonomous to them and they carry out with such determination and forgiving to those people around them, and our day went along easily, calmly and with great  sympathy.
