From start to finish the service was outstanding, Emily made us feel very comfortable when we first visited. We came to be chapel of rest and we was all amazed at how well you made Gordon look. My grandad would of been so proud. Can't thank you all enough.

Outstanding service from the initial phone call,through to the funeral. A.W.Lymn carried out mum's wishes with sensitivity, professionalism, kindness and care. The whole process from initial consultation with Sarah to the settling of the final bill was handled expertly and with a great deal of compassion and care.

Once instructed the whole process was dealt with for us and taken out of our hands and was clearly in good hands,

Geoff worked with great efficiency and sympathy and, along with his team, the day of the funeral was handled expertly.

Many people commented thst it was the best funeral they had ever been to...and that was people from all over the country. I have nothing but praise for all concerned. It was the saddest day in my life but conducted brilliantly and with great sensitivity.

The family were very sympatheticall cared for, both before and during the service. Friends remarked that they were visible when required and then seemed to vanish at the appropriate moments. Very professional. Lymn's were recommended to us and we would certainly recommend them to anyone who regretfully is in our situation.

The service we received following my Mum's death from Lymn's was excellent . We dealt with Ellie and Russel and they were professional and kind.They understood the requirement to guide us but took the stress out of organising the funeral . The service we were given from the start was A star. Maggie could not do enough throughout the arranging. On the day Russell the director was brilliant. All staff made the very difficult time much easier for all involved!
