Extremely professional service and staff. Elaine made arranging the service so easy, guiding me through the options with no pressure and making me feel at ease at a very difficult time. Their attention to detail meant that the funeral ran smoothly. All the staff we met were professional, yet warm and friendly. The compassion and support given by each member of the team was reassuring as was their respect for both the living and deceased. Do not hesitate to order the flowers from City Flowers, part of their group, ours exceeded expectations and I am an ex florist so very fussy. They were truly beautiful and very reasonably priced. I have recommended A W Lymn to several people since my Mum's funeral and will continue to do so.

At such a sad time, I felt both my Mum who had passed away, and myself were treated with the utmost respect. Darren explained everything carefully, and tactfully, and we were even able to have some lighthearted moments reminiscing about my Mum. I felt as though he wanted to know about her and her life so he could provide the best service for her. Mum's burial was some distance away, but this caused no issues at all, and everything on the day was run exceptionally well by Andy and his staff. All-in-all, a perfect funeral for a perfect lady. Thank you so much for what you have done, and for offering continued support, this means a lot to me.

Very happy with the service from lynms!

The only thing was the vickor he made 3 mistakes at the service one i tried to put him right but he just looked straight at me! Disappointing!!
Said dad had heart bypass at 37 he was 57
Said he'd been in hospital 3 weeks it was 5
Said he'd been in the sanatorium  2yrs it was 1 little mistakes I know but shouldn't happen!
Can't fault lynms at all definitely recommend!!

Wendy and David were really helpful at a time of great upset after the sudden death of our dad. Their professionalism made a terrible job much easier and we will be forever grateful for the kindness shown by all the staff from collecting dad on the day of his death, right up until leaving him at the crematorium after the service at the church.

I have nothing but praise for the way Lymn's handled my mother's funeral arrangements. From the moment that they collected her body from the nursing home where she died to the funeral itself, Lymns proved themselves to be supportive, understanding and compassionate throughout.
I have particular praise for Donna Conroy, who took me and my family through the process in a calm and compassionate manner, which was extremely comforting when we were going through the grieving process. She went beyond the call of duty in helping my brother and sister in law to arrange flights from their home in Spain so that they could attend our mother's funeral.
Donna also had to deal with some sensitive family issues, which she did in a very professional manner.
Once again thank you for helping us through this extremely difficult and emotional time.
