I cannot praise the staff at A W Lymns (Arnold) enough. They were supportive, caring, professional and bent over backwards to ensure our wishes were carried through. They made what was a very sad time bearable and the funeral was smooth and seamless. I would recommend their service to anyone who has a bereavement.

Tracey was so easy to deal with, she had a very kind nature and nothing was to much trouble. During the funeral Richard explained everything and took me through every step of the way, not rushing us after the cremation allowing all the morners to come and offer their heart felt sympathy, when you consider there was about 150 attending it took a considerable time.

I highly recommend this funeral director/company. In particular the branch at Wentworth House, Derby. Customer Service is of a very high standard with this being a family concern their approach toward the customer is both friendly and professional. The guidance and recommendations given are of great value. It really was appreciated by myself that I left the care of my father in their hands and one that I was totally pleased that I entrusted A W Lymn carried out. In conclusion, I highly recommend the branch at Wentworth House, particularly Mark who's dedication attendance to all details are immaculate and with total dignity. Five star's well deserved.

we lost our beloved mum very suddenly at the age of 65, so unexpected, we were in utter shock, Elllie & Beryl at Lymns in Arnold welcomed us in, took charge and within an hour we had a funeral arranged
They arranged the chapel of rest for us so we could visit Mum in peace , none of us had ever done this, Beryl helped my Aunt do my mums hair and make up, we will be forever grateful for that, Ellie and Beryl were a constant source of advice and support, they made was such a horrific time for us , that little bit easier
I will never forget their kindness, and Russell, and his team on the day of the funeral, so professional, caring and respectful, thank you all so much
