Stacey Bentley, Funeral Director for Lymn's Bulwell, is such a compassionate, caring, considerate, professional, and thorough person I have ever encountered. Stacey has helped me make my grieving process much easier. Stacey is my saviour. Stacey is an asset to the Lymn's family. I HIGHLY commend and recommend Lymn's. Thank you to ALL of your staff and an extra special thanks to Stacey for going above and beyond. Bless you. My Mum received the most outstanding care and presentation from when Lymn's received Mum to her final demise. A huge THANK YOU to the Pall Bearers who were very respectful and carried Mum beautifully. It really touched my heart. Thank you to the driver of the Hearse, and to everyone who helped prepare Mum. Because I am 5000 miles away, Stacey really was wonderful from beginning to end. Keeping me informed of every step. She really helped with my emotional state. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone. Bless you all. xxx

vERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE FUNERAL WAS CONDUCTED, FROM START TO FINISH.

We were very impressed with the way in which AW 
Lymn handled my father's funeral. The approach was personal and kind but completely professional too. We felt that they would completely support the choices we made about the funeral without any pressure to purchase 'extras'. There was complete transparency about costs. On the day, the funeral director was most sympathetic and kind, immediately agreeing to postpone the start of the ceremony until the arrival of my father's only surviving brother, who had been stuck in traffic. With the help of Ellie and her team at AW Lymn, we were able to give my father a simple, beautiful and heartfelt farewell.

As an only sibling I was required to arrange my mother's funeral. As I have never had to organise/arrange a funeral before, and obviously very bereft, Lesley at Lymns Clifton at all times was empathic, considerate yet highly professional. Anything I was unaware of she talked through all of the options and left us to arrive at our own meaningful choices. She was always prompt and courteous. On the day of the funeral and burial all of the staff were again highly compassionate and professional. Everything went perfectly and was a very beautiful and fitting tribute to my mother. There was even a basket of fresh rose petals to throw on to the coffin at the burial, something we had not considered. It is lovely knowing that at the end of her life my mother was given the very best of service and attention to detail. I cannot recommend and thank  Lymns highly enough.
