Scott and his team at the Ilkeston Branch of A W Lymn were excellent in their handling of all the arrangements for our Dad's funeral - we could not fault them in any way.
At this very difficult time for the family, they handled everything extremely efficiently and with empathy and understanding they guided us through all the arrangements that needed to be made.

A.Y.LYMNS were brilliant Mick from the cotmanhay branch he was amazing he helped us through with everything. but Stephen the celebrant was amazing too. when he spoke it felt like he was part of our family. and he just couldn't do enough to help us. A.Y.LYMNS is far the best company ever they truly do put you at ease and they make you feel like they are part of your family.

Louise was lovely, very professional and kind. They did a brilliant,efficient job and everything went smoothly. I could not fault anything and would recommend them to anybody. When my brother and I first met Louise she made us feel very comfortable,she asked us what we would like and not what we should have. A.W. Lymn, Spondon are wonderful at helping/ putting together a funeral. They were supportive, helpful & attentive. They were good at keeping on touch so I knew what was happening, nothing was any trouble for them. On the day they blended in with the family, supporting us right up to the end, making the day run smoothly. Lovely staff! Highly recommend.

The quality of everything is superb. Every member of Staff that assisted with the funeral arrangements had empathy and respect.
