Mick Schofield , at Lymns has been simply amazing , he has put my mind at rest that dad will be treated with respect and dignity. He has dealt with dads arrangements with myself , and I know we will give dad a wonderful, and special send off just what dad deserves. Thank you Mick , cant thank you enough. Top man.

David. It was a pleasure to serve you and your family and I am pleased that you found the service provided by me and Ellie and my staff at Arnold to be as you would have wished. On a personal note I would say how I found that there was a lovely warm feeling at the funeral ceremony which I think was helped by the fact that you selected a Saturday for the service and consequently there were no other families at the Crematorium. Thank you for the very kind feedback. -

All in all, very satisfied and am sure that when they have moved into new premises five stars will be in order.Also pleased that Mark suggested we think about using the new cemetary at Gedling.also like to thank Andy and the drivers

Thank you for this positive review, we are glad that you were pleased with Mark's suggestion for the venue and will pass on your thanks to the drivers. We are however sorry that you reduced your rating to 4* due to the current premises, but as you mention we are planning to relocate this branch later in the year to the Willows Medical Practice, situated just a few doors further down the hill, and so hopefully this will address this issue in the future. --- Update - We are pleased to announce that our team at Carlton have now moved to their new premises just down the road, which was the former Willows Medical Practice, and they would welcome anyone who wishes to call in to see them or simply have a look around. -

From the initial phone call, through the planning of the funeral, the funeral service and to the scattering of the ashes, the guidance, support and advice we received was excellent. This ensured we were able to arrange the funeral that was tailored to our needs and perfect for us.
Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were sensitive and courteous, there to attend to our every need, but also aware of when to stand back and give us the space we needed.
I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make such a difficult time easier to bear.

Jenny. Being a close member of the family, and having managed the Bingham office of our family firm for many years prior to his retirement, Derekâs funeral was inevitably going to be a very emotional and difficult time for us all. I am very sorry that because I was out of the country I was unable to be of practical support on the day of the funeral but I know that our Sister Jackie and all our family and staff worked hard to ensure that Derekâs wishes were carried out in an exacting professional and yet comforting and supporting manner. I also know that Canon Alan Haydock was an immense help and that Pearl and all those at the Plough in Wysall made the after funeral reception very special. We were helped almost every step of the way with the funeral arrangements for my brother in law. Ellie, who dealt with most, if not all of this for us was superb. She was so helpful with everything, there was nothing that was too much trouble for her. On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly and all A.W. Lymn staff were brilliant and so helpful. Couldn't fault any of it and would certainly recommend them.

I cannot praise the people at Lymns enough they are all very accomadating and highly professional. treated my Mother with the upmost Respect and Dignity. I could not have asked for a better service from the people ,from the office staff to the Funeral Director. I have no issues at all and would gladly recommend them to any one .

We thought that everything was perfect. Fiona was unbelievably kind and helped us through a really difficult time, Steve was wonderful taking a lot of time to find out about our dad and delivering a wonderful and thoughtful eulogy for my dad. The team on the day were incredibly professional and kind. Our sincere thanks go to all my dad would have been very proud
