The way they looked after my dad was wonderful and so caring. We had a vintage London double decker bus for the funeral. It was the best way to see my dad. After we got back people said how nice and unique. All I could say was we went together. One last trip with my dad. Thank for all you did. A thompson

Everything about the service we received was excellent. Every member of staff, from Tracey in the Stapleford office to Richard and the drivers made a sad time tolerable for all of the family.

My husband passed away in the home and Lymn handled my beloved with care and empathy. The funeral directors came out to speak about the funeral arrangements and dealt with everything in an acceptable manner. My only gripe would be the handling of the coffin to see these guys deal with many a day, it wasn't carried out in a great fashion. Russell was with us throughout the arrangements and funeral - very professional, respectful. Great to have a familiar face throughout. Well done and thank you.

Thank you to Dominic and the team at A W Lymn for all their help in arranging dad's funeral. From start to finish the whole process was made so easy which took the stress off the whole family during a very difficult time for us. On the day of the funeral the procession and service were perfect and in particular we were all very moved by the piper playing which had also been arranged by Dominic. We would not hesitate to recommend A W Lymn due to the sheer professionalism and compassion they show towards the bereaved.

Colum, Sarah and the team at A.W. Lymn's West Bridgford were lovely throughout. They were very helpful, compassionate and explained everything fully to put us at ease. Colum, in particular, was particularly understanding, patient and supportive on the day of the funeral.
