Thank you really isn't enough you all helped and supported us so much, making our funeral happen in such a small space of time. The staff at the Carlton Nottingham branch were excellent, funerals are a hard time and you guys made it so easy and relaxed I can not praise you all enough especially Mark Collishaw he was fantastic.

We cannot praise Dominic (Bingham branch) highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept in touch with us at every stage, which meant such a lot. The respect shown to Mum was outstanding, and the respect shown to us was equally outstanding.
Lymn's made Mum look so beautiful and peaceful, for that we are truly grateful.
We would also like to thank all the drivers and pallbearers who looked after us on the day of Mum's funeral, simply again - outstanding.
Thank you to each and every one of you for your help, understanding and respect at what was such a difficult time for us.

From the beginning of arranging my Aunt's funeral to the actual day, my family and I have had such exceptional service, Mark who looked after all our needs was absolutely lovely and everything went perfectly. My aunt would have be soon pleased with all the arrangements.
It was a perfect day in everyway.

I was very pleased with the service offered by AW Lymn in Long Eaton, from start to finish.

They were helpful and informative throughout the initial process and planning and ensured that on the day, the funeral went according to plan. The dignity they showed at the funeral was first class.

I would like to say that was a very hard time for us losing a very much loved Mum was made so much easier by the kindness and compassion and understanding shown by Donna Conroy,everything was explained to us with much kindness,we all felt she was more of a friend and could ask her anything that was worrying us,a truly memorable funeral,for all the right reasons.

Caroline and Catherine at AW Lymn have made the horrible process of saying goodbye to our mum as painless as possible. Their compassionate, friendly and timely service has left such a positive impression on the last three nightmarish weeks, and they have succeeded in giving mum the dignified yet highly personal service that would have seen her smile and give the thumbs up. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We used A W Lymn for my father's funeral in 2005 and we found them to be very helpful. We were pleased to find that 12 years later they are still an extremely good firm. In all our dealings with them the team were excellent: professional, sensitive and efficient. My only comment is the funeral zone; we had no wish to add photos or obituaries and in this sense it was not helpful for us as we are not social media users, perhaps this could have been assessed first. However, it has been useful as a pointer for donations for those unable to attend the funeral.

This was the second family funeral to be organised by Louise at Long Eaton. Again from the outset she dealt with the arrangements beautifully, especially on the day. Particularly, late changes were made without any problem. All the members of the team were professional and considerate to our needs and for that I thank them now. A funeral is hard for fsmilies, but knowing that some of the pressure can be safely left to others is of great comfort. I would have no hesitation, therefore, in saying that my experience was far better than I had envisaged at the beginning and the credit must go to Louise. Thank you again. Stuart.

Mr Mark Chapman's attention to detail, with such care and thoughtfulness, made sure nothing was overlooked at a very sad time for the family - and this has even continued post-funeral day. The help and assistance given to the bereaved at a very traumatic time is to be congratulated.

Although the death of my soul mate , my husband was unexpected and I had to deal with the funeral, my first I could not have wished for the most friendly and caring staff, Tracey and Richard from Stapleford. Tracey was so friendly and helpful I felt I had known her my whole life. Richard made planning the event easier than it should have been. My husband had the most amazing send off we could have given him. Andy the celebrant gave us a brilliant definitely Mick tribute.

Mick was the most amazing husband and all the staff that looked after him and his funeral gave him the best we could. I wish we did not have to have a funeral and that he was still here but we could not have asked for a better service. Thanks for your care

The service from start to finish was excellent. The Funeral Director on the day couldnt have done any more for us than he did and this was noted and commented on by many of the congregation and the family would like to thank himself and his colleagues for everything.
