The staff at AW Lymn were superb at every stage of this difficult process. They enabled us to create the celebration of my Mums life that we wanted. They were caring, accommodating, flexible and very professional. We would have no hesitation about giving them our highest recommendation.

Care and attention to detail was second to none.  The staff were professional caring and supportive and looked after us through our difficult day. Tracey Sweeting-Roe looked after everything for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and our feelings protected at every turn and for that I cannot thank her enough.  A special thank you to Robert our driver who made myself and my family feel comforted and looked after from the start and his warm infectious smile made our day.  Other family members also commented that the other drivers were exceptional but I'm sorry I don't have their names. All in all mum and the family were looked after with dignity and warmth from start to finish.  Thank you all so much.

Excellent service every thing ran very smoothly .  All staff very helpful and friendly .
The music CD's and photograph were collected after the service and I did not have to worry about anything .   The staff helped in every way they could to make a difficult day run smoothly

Once again Lymn's were very professional when dealing with the funeral of our Mother. They were also supportive to myself and my Brother when we read out our eulogies interspersed with various music clips at the chapel.

The Carlton branch were extremely helpful and supportive through every step of our journey.

The Ruddington branch were also very professional and sensitive when they collected our Mother after she had passed away at home.

We would not hesitate to recommend Lymn's to anyone.

Able to get an appointment quickly to talk through the options. A.W. Lymn organised transporting the body from London to Nottingham for us and included all the costs at the London end in one overall bill. We got the funeral we wanted for my mother.

A W Lymn carried out my mother's personal wishes for her funeral with great sensitivity, professionalism, kindness and care. They spent considerable time with her before she died, planning and recording exactly what she would like as and when the time came.
They made what is obviously a very difficult time for all the family much easier and less stressful by their attention to detail, thought and patience, which was always combined with a quiet and reassuring efficiency.

Lymns were very professional and sympathetic in the way we were treated at the death of our mother/mother in law we could not have asked for anything more.
