Jane was fantastic, she put us at ease straight away and made us feel comfortable. This was the first time we had lost anyone close to us and Jane took us through the process step by step, she was professional and extremely friendly. We couldn't have wished for anyone better. We also dealt with another member of staff who was extremely helpful.
We would definitely recommend Lymn's funeral directors and all of their staff.

Sadly for us this has been the second time we've had cause to use A.W.Lymn in the past nine months, however their care & support made it so much more bearable. 
We cannot praise the staff highly enough for their professionalism & thoughtfulness. In particular Kevin Hall & Derek went above & beyond. We needed to repatriate my Father in law to Italy. Kevin & Derek kept us informed during the whole process & allayed any fears & worries that we had. 
 I would thoroughly recommend using A.W. Lymn Derby, to lay your loved ones to rest.

At a time when our family was feeling so much sadness, having to arrange something so important for someone so loved would have been extremely difficult. However Dominic and team not only took the stress away but made the whole process from start to finish so much easier for us all.
