Lymns experience manner dealing with clients are second to none and nothing is too much trouble. I was able to listen to options on offer and I was able to extract an idea of which way my loved one's funeral should go. On the day everything slotted into place as the Cortege made its way, and we were guided throughout, which resulted into a caring and sensitive funeral plan. The day before the funeral Lesley phone and alerted me of whom would be taking our funeral party. I was delighted Teresa stayed close and was reassured by her guidance before and after the service, nothing was rushed and time was given for us to watch and absorb the three doves being released it was memorable.
Our Service went without a hitch, Pastor Stephen was on top form and with his brilliance he gave his audience a sensitive insight of my late husbands character. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Lymns for their expertise and without doubt I would recommend their business for future funerals. Margaret Keeling. 2nd February 2017.

Throughout a very distressing period for our family, all of our dealings with AW Lymn have been nothing but positive. The staff in the West Bridgford office were always kind and compassionate and guided us so helpfully and professionally through the whole process. I'd like to make particular mention of Sarah Hall, who did such a wonderful job - nothing seemed to be too much to ask of her and she really helped to make the funeral a very special occasion for us.

Respectfully, friendly company.  Think funeral services need to provide a more personal service where family and friends can tell the company what THEY want rather that being offerd a package as people ideas for funerals are changing.  Thankyou for helping us at this very sad time.
